Focusing on the South of France
Our wines are made from grapes that have been grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and artificial additives. Very little human interferences are used in the winemaking process.
Originally inspired by German philosopher Rudolf Steiner, the biodynamic method of growing vines follows lunar and cosmic rhythms. Soil is seen as an organism on its own right. A series of special preparations are applied to the soil thus creating a supercharged system of organic farming.
We only collaborate with independent vintners from the South of France and this wine list is our way to share our passion for authentic wines with you.
The wines marked with (*) are coming from a sustainable viticulture, making efforts to improve the environment but allow chemicals in the vineyard if necessary.
