The Legless Frog

Situated on the picturesque Ham Common (just outside Richmond Park) The Legless Frog is the new addition to the La Trouvaille group of Soho.

The owner Thierry Bouteloup, has brought together a dynamic young team, that have vast experience in pubs and restaurants, ensuring the first class service that La Trouvaille is renowned for. Decorated in a mixture of old French and traditional British pub styles, the legless frog has an eclectic mix of vintage and modern pieces thrown in to create a contempory and stylish ambiance.

The pub boasts a front cricket bar, with a quintessential English view over ham common, complete with duck pond and at week ends the local ham and petersham cricket team bowling to victory. A rear golf bar and 3 other large spacious areas for drinking (try the fantastic local Twickenham ale) or our delicious home made bar food, old favourites with a twist, Toulouse sausage and mash, steak and chips with béarnaise or fresh sardine bruchetta. If you prefer something more formal try the elegant conservatory restaurant that overlooks the stunning garden complete with ancient willow trees and carp pond.

The menu offering set lunch and dinner menus, serving La Trouvaille classics such as “Seared slices of tuna with vanilla cream and smoked garlic puree and roasted saddle of rabbit with pan fried foie gras, sweetcorn flan and marjoram jus, we also do full Sunday lunches with all the trimmings and have an award winning wine list, specialising in the south west of France, including organic and bio dynamic wines from small private vineyards

The huge garden is perfect for families; with large gated kids play area, barbeque, private dining area, carp pond and secluded shady seating areas. We also cater for private parties.
